When knock-outs occur, the deal is to be held to ensure that blinds are not missed.

Dealer is established by high card draw.

Tables with less than 4 players should alert the host and hold the deal until additional players arrive.

Players to the right of the dealer may be asked to move when necessary to allow play at another table.

Tables that receive 3 or more new players prior to the next deal must re-establish dealer.

Players may not join a table as the dealer or the small blind. Players may join as the big blind if desired, or they can opt to sit out until the deal passes.

Don't Cheat! Immediate forfeiture of chips as well as being banned from entry in future tournaments will apply.
